How to Create a Body-Led Business Strategy

If you’re anything like me, the techy stuff can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the magic happens when you tap into what lights you up in your body and your soul. So grab your water bottle (mine’s got all my son’s Peppa Pig stickers on it — though he scratched some off, but hey, that’s motherhood, right?), take a deep breath, and let’s dive in.

1. Drop Into Your Body and Feel What’s Real for You

Before planning your next big move, pause. Place a hand on your heart or belly. Breathe. Ask: What do I want my business to feel like in 2025? Don’t just think — feel. Write those feelings down. Your strategy can start here, not in a spreadsheet.

2. Hold Your Vision in Your Body. Anchor Into That Feeling

Think of a moment you felt completely lit up by your mission. Hold onto that energy like it’s already yours. This is your embodied strategy — not chasing a result, but embodying the experience now.

3. Build Real Relationships

People don’t just buy from you because of your offer — they buy because of your energy. I voice memo, reply to DMs, and connect deeply. The tribe that’s grown around my work? It came from connection, not just content.

4. Create From Excitement, Not Obligation

If your body’s not feeling it, your people won’t either. But when you’re lit up? Magic. Even if your story is messy or unpolished, it connects. Sell from what you embody, not just what you think will convert.

5. Serve Generously, Sell Confidently

You can’t overgive if you’re always evolving. Just don’t overwhelm. Give value freely, then invite people to take the next step — whether that’s a $47 mini course or a $36K mastermind. Selling from service is powerful.

6. Pick Sales Methods That Feel Good

Hate sales calls? Don’t do them. Love voice notes in DMs? Go for it. Selling is just inviting someone to join you on a transformational journey. Your energy sells more than any script.

7. Plan in Cycles, Not Hustle

Your business is a wave. Ride it in seasons. Every 90 days, reflect, realign, and re-energize. I’ve moved my Limitless program to quarterly cycles for this exact reason — we need rhythm, not burnout.

8. Plug Into Embodied Community

You weren’t meant to do this alone. Communities like The Wave and Limitless give you coaching, sisterhood, and sacred space to grow. These aren’t just business spaces — they’re life containers.

9. Let Your Life Lead Your Strategy

Your richest year isn’t just about income. It’s about experiences, connection, joy. Your business should support your life, not consume it. Let your strategy rise from what excites your body — not what the algorithm says.
